A new round of the weight loss contest has begun, and although I’m not being as diligent as I should be, I have lost a couple of pounds so far.

Hi Brian,
Just wanted to say, Good Luck in the weight loss competition and to thank you for the inspiration of your blog.
I just started my own treadmill desk adventure two weeks ago and I have started a journal about it too (http://officeof10000steps.wordpress.com).
Reading your blog really helped me make my decision to get started. Two weeks in and I love it although I am only able to do it 3-4 days a week and up to 3 1/2 hours a day so far. I hope to reach 5 hours a day like your good self.
