Treadmill Desk Update: 2 Years, 1 Month

Amazing what happens when you put your mind to something:

  • Calories/Day: 1,106
  • Calories/Hr: 215
  • Miles: 3589
  • Miles/Day: 6.0

Walk more, eat less. There really isn’t any magic involved. Just willpower. Got my walking speeds and durations up back closer to normal (though still off what I was doing at my peak… I won’t be trying for 300 miles this March).  Reigned in my diet a smidge.  Joined a weight loss contest.  And just like that, 8-10 pounds off my recent high.  Due to the weather conditions, there really wasn’t much swimming this month, so this pretty much is just walking exercise.

So, a better outlook than there was a month ago.  Now I just need to continue the momentum.
